General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions, including the cancellation policy (hereinafter "GTC"), govern trading via the PartyPlushies Switzerland webshop. In their current version, they form the contractual basis for each of your orders on www.partyplushies.com.

Validity and Acceptance of these GTC
By placing an order with PartyPlushies, you acknowledge these GTC, agree to them, and accept their exclusive validity.

All business relationships between you and PartyPlushies are subject to these GTC in the version valid at the time of your order. Deviations from these GTC or any conflicting business or purchase conditions from you will not become part of the contract.

We can only unilaterally change these GTC if this is necessary to eliminate subsequently arising imbalances or to adapt to changed legal or technical framework conditions. Such a subsequent change cannot create a disadvantage for you.

Prices
All stated product prices are total prices. They include the statutory sales tax (Swiss VAT). The amounts stated at the time of order apply.

Shipping Costs
Product prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs may be waived for orders exceeding a certain value. Before completing your order, we will inform you about the shipping costs applicable to your order.

Payment Terms
PartyPlushies accepts the payment options listed in the online shop.

Delivery Conditions
Deliveries are only possible within Switzerland, Germany, and Austria.

In the event of incorrect deliveries due to wrongly ordered goods, the shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. It can unfortunately happen that an item offered in the online shop cannot be delivered because the supplier does not provide us with our order or does not do so on time.

During the festive season in December, the delivery period may be extended by 2-3 working days.

For undeliverable shipments due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, additional postage costs will be charged for re-delivery.
Subsequent deliveries of backlogged items will not incur any further costs, i.e., we will bear the additional expenses.

Right of Withdrawal/Cancellation
As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without stating any reasons. The statutory withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. Beyond your legal right, we grant you an extended right of withdrawal of an additional 16 days. You therefore have a total of 30 days to withdraw from the contract. Personalized products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Disclaimer
Claims for damages against PartyPlushies.com are excluded, unless we or our vicarious agents or assistants have acted with intent or gross negligence.

The amount of liability is limited to the damages typically foreseeable at the time of contract conclusion.

Towards companies, we are not liable for lost profits.

Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body and health, for negligent or intentional breach of essential contractual obligations, and under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

We are not responsible if we are unable to fulfill obligations arising from the contractual relationship due to circumstances for which neither we nor an auxiliary agent are responsible. This applies, among other things, to the lack of availability of energy or telecommunication services, as well as due to force majeure.
